When you pre-order a product through The Lamp Stand you are allowing us to reserve that product or products for you to ship when we receive the item from the manufacturer. Delays from the manufacturer will likely create delays in receiving your product. We will take all efforts to communicate changes in the logistical schedule as we receive them from the manufacturer. However, we cannot guarantee a product you pre-order will arrive by a specific date. In the event the manufacturer cancels a shipment or is unable to fulfill an order we have placed with them; you will be informed as soon as possible so you may decide how to proceed.
