Lemonwood Cutting Board by Michael Aram
14.75"L x 5.75"W x 1.5"H
Wood, Oxidized, Goldtone
Each Michael Aram metal object undergoes a series of grinding, buffing and polishing techniques. Variations or 'imperfections' in the product's finish are characteristic of the creation process. Due to this handmade nature, no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
Care Instructions: Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Dry immediately with a soft cloth to avoid spots. Avoid any detergent with lemon or other acidic agents. Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or scouring pads that can scratch and dull metal surfaces. As with all metals, never place in microwave oven.
The Lemonwood Collection takes its inspiration from the intricacies of form and texture found in foliage from around the world.
"The Lemonwood Collection was inspired by a trip to Sorrento, where lemons are a way of life. Personally, I could add lemon to anything from soup to salad, from drinks to dessert. I imagine being surrounded by these pieces in my backyard, while I drink my lemonade on a hot summer day, or seeing them on a country table, next to some olive oil and tuscan bread."
