I am amazed with the customer service. I had not previously ordered through The Lamp Stand, but once I did, they sure WOW you with their personal customer service -- ABSOLUTELY UNHEARD OF! I was contacted to confirm my order, as a couple items were on back order, and it was an actual person -- not a mass email, but a human that was genuine regarding the status of my order. I haven't even received my order yet, but I'm sure that based on the service I've received just placing my order -- I will be pleased with the delivery as well! Kudo's to Excellent Customer Service!
